| Field Service Technician
Essential Job Function: We are looking for a self motivated professional with excellent customer service skills. You will schedule installations, troubleshoot, repair and perform routine maintenance for our products. Provide technical support to our customers via telephone and on-site visits as well as promote, sell and support service products
The candidate must have an associate’s degree in chemistry, electronics or a related field. Prior technical support and service experience on Analytical instruments and familiarity with lab equipment. Strong knowledge in electronics and a mechanical aptitude, the use of basic hand tools, voltmeter and flow meters. Must be able to travel as job assignments require.
Marketing Manager
Essential Job Function: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to run our worldwide marketing program from our corporate office in Hudson, NH. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working with management to define Teledyne Leeman Labs? long-term global strategy
- Create, execute and monitor the annual marketing plan
- Manage a staff which includes three Product Managers and a Marcom Manager
- Manage Teledyne Leeman Labs? web presence and electronic marketing activities
- Manage the Teledyne Leeman Labs? brand
- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities
- Conduct market research
- Manage the marketing side of new product development
The candidate must have:
- 7-10 years of Marketing Management experience
- Extensive knowledge of web-based marketing
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel 10 - 20% of the time
The following would enhance the viability of any candidate for this position:
- Experience in the analytical equipment industry
- Exposure to the elemental analysis segment
- MBA with a focus on marketing
- BS in Chemistry
